Generation obtains the exclusive distribution rights for Boxalino’s CEM solutions

For this initiative, a new Canadian company was created, named Guidyu. With offices in Beijing, Vancouver and Montreal, Guidyu’s goal is to become the international standard in CEM for customer service and support, based on an intelligent platform that organically enhances and enriches customer experiences and data in real time.
