SOCIAL PROFILING & RECOMMENDATION ENGINE

INTRODUCTION
Our Profiling & Recommendation engine, the main component of the 1 to 1 Social Profiling Center (see Guidyu CEM Platform section) offers a new level of real-time recommendations by leveraging users' communities within a social framework. While other technologies deliver recommendations based on either global or only personal behaviors, our engine first clusters active users (leaders) into communities, into which it classifies other existing or new users in real time. Based on this social framework, our engine leverages state-of-the art predictive algorithms by continuously selecting the most appropriate recommendation strategy in real time.
